GULLIFORD BURIAL GROUND PRIZE WINNER:
In the middle of October 2023 the Friends of Gulliford Burial Ground Committee was invited to attend the announcement for the prizes of the Devon’s Best Churchyard, run by the
Campaign to Protect Rural England, having entered in the spring.
Two judges toured the 26 entrants, judging on bug hotels, visitor information, dog bowls, etc. We were delighted to be given a certificate for the most “Original” churchyard, where they
were impressed with the notice board, wildflowers and more.
So, we would like to say a great thank you to anyone whose helped garden & show visitors round Gulliford Burial Ground.
