The Allotment trustees organised a well attended barbecue on bank holiday Monday. An excellent array of salads and puddings were available to all, whilst the barbecue food was provided by individual allotment holders. Many brought food from their own allotments, either cooked on the barbecue or served as delicious deserts. Exceptionally good weather meant that sun hats and shades were the order of the day!
