Lympstone Preschool Presents an Open Air Cinema Event - 'The Greatest Showman'

Saturday 29th September 2018 

Any profits from the event will go to Lympstone Preschool general fundraising so make a date in your diary!

The Cinema will take place in Candy's Field. Lympstone

Showing starts at approx. 8:00 p.m. [sunset dependent]

Tickets on sale from Central Stores and Lympstone Preschool

Prices: £8.50 per adult ticket and £7.50 for children 4-15yrs. 

Please note: No refunds on tickets

Bring your own booze/refreshments - there will also be a gin and fizz bar.
Bring your own blanket/chair/cushion - for your comfort

Soft drinks and snacks will be on sale from 8 p.m.

Are you interested in Women's Folk Tales and Story Telling?

Claire Belcher is a resident of Lympstone and is hoping to start up a folk story telling group.

This will be a free biweekly meeting.

The Royal Marines Charity need volunteers! For the Commando Challenge in October. This is the first time they have opened it up to the local communities so it's a great way for either local companies or groups of friends and families to volunteer at a fun event.

They provide t-shirts for everyone volunteering along with refreshments and lunch.

Exe Estuary CODES of CONDUCT

Updated codes of conduct have been produced for the Exe Estuary to help promote a safe and responsible approach to carrying out activities in the area. The Exe Estuary Management Partnership (EEMP) in conjunction with the South East Devon Habitat Regulations Partnership undertook a review of old codes of conduct, with input from local clubs, user groups and national recreational bodies to ensure that updated codes followed existing local and national guidance

Folded, printed copies of the code can be requested from the Exe Estuary Officer by emailing exeestua@devon.gov.uk or are available from local recreational clubs, businesses and Tourist Information Centres.
